When are games this week? I’m in the middle of finally moving this week so I been out of the loop. I might could make it…depending on what I have to do Thursday.

Nothing much happening else around. This weekend went by very quick. Work has been picking up. Glad I have the day off tomorrow. I’m finally getting my taxes done. Yes that’s right…I still haven’t my taxes done. Just been lazy on that.
Darius! I just finished my last game in Uncharted. I still missed 4 treasures. I’m going for the treasure trophies before I play on crushing. After playing Dead Space on Impossible; I feel the need to finish Uncharted. Yes…I’m a bit of a trophy whore. So what?

I have noticed it happens near the end with some Tekken vids but that’s pretty much it.
Speaking of T6, I saw a vid where Lee’s f,f+3+4 ‘knee bash’ throw can now wall splat if wall is behind the opponent. Lee player then bounded with F+4,3 and beatdown ensued from there… it is good to be a Lee player in 6 heh.

How is SvR 2009 anyway? I played the demo some time back but wasn’t impressed at the time, the series has stagnated for some time to me, like they edit a few things and just throw the same game out year after year, but I’ve been needing a new wrestling game to play, the last one I picked up, not new mind you, was X8 for the GC. I’ve got SvR07 and it was fun and all, but it’s sameness threw me off of a series I had bought every game for up until that point.
N64 wrestling games will always be superior to the crap wrestling they shit out for a quick buck now. Till this day, you can still do more things in them old ass “wrasslin” games than you can in any of these new ones. Developers are just horribly lazy. They are sacrificing gameplay for graphics. Diego, you even said it yourself. Each year they take out more and more moves. I wont ever spend a dime on another wrestling game unless THQ and AKI make em just like they used to. N64 “wrasslin” gameplay with up to date graphics. Why wont they do that???!!!

Less moves that previous games, which since HCTP has been the trend. But gameplay is faster, and there are more interactives.
And yeah, it is overall the same game, maybe more of this and less of that, but for me the main draw is online. Many people play SVR online for its whole year, and obviously most are gonna upgrade when the new one comes out. Unless you want to face little squeaker kids who parents bought them the old one for a cheap XMAS gift, you need the new one. And another point is how SVR plays online, it plays 95% online as it does offline, this isnt T5DR, HF, or HDR, where the game becomes something way different online.
Yeah. I know whats up. But WWE games are the only shit I have fun playing, except random other shit like Saints Row, Fallout, or racing games.
Capcom didnt deserve money for HD Remix, or extra outfits in SF4 but everyone gave it to them. And when they do a full retail $60 SF4 Champ Ed, everyones gonna buy it. No difference.
I dont think I could bring myself to buy that Champ Ed after already buying the collectors ed and them damn outfits. I put too much work into that game by doin every trial and gold in every challenge as well. I hope they dont even make another SF4 but knowin Capcom…

Sorry that I’ve been MIA and I’m hoping to make it to a gathering soon. I havent played a lot of DR since SF4 so I’m worse than I was before! :lol: I’m average at SF4 so far and have been limited to just playing people (KEN) online. 
I know I’ve stated before, but I wish the get togethers were Saturdays because I’M FREE!!! I’m in class M-TH from 8-10:30 then go to work M-F from 11-9 pm so time is limited for the most part and after work I’m beat for the most part. (yes i’m lazy ) Anyway, I hope to chill with you all again soon!! :tup:
