Perhaps due to damage scaling, which poor Chun seems to be a victim of, MK SBK not knocking down is a good thing?
If the purpose of the move is to continue a combo then less may be more - so maybe LK SBK would be useful to combo into EX LL/ Ultra/ head stomp?
Not sure if this has been answered, but are these combos corner specific?

I just wanna clarify, I don’t play her in 3S because she’s boring to me, not because of her rank in the game. She’s just not something I want to sit down and play for more than a few matches at best. The twins and Makoto are more interesting as high level characters in that game imo.
And with Ryu, landing cr./cl. fierce xx EX Joudan or Shin-shoryuken after catching someone with a parry is like the most satisfying thing ever. Also Denjin mind games… yeah that’s my shit.
I definitely agree with what you said above. I think Chun is really boring in 3S. ST Chun is what Chun should always be modeled after.
