Hmm. I’m having something similar happening to me.
Last EVO, I got around 32nd place, only losing to a DQ and Japanese player. Now, people are telling me I am playing worse, and I might be doing just that.
I do have all the textbook knowledge I could possibly fit, about multiple characters in the game - when I use or play against them. But applying them in proper situations is a different thing. I’m going to work on that more to become a better player, again.
Also, it’s much harder to find offline games than it used to be when the game came out. Although it’s about to change in my area, since there’s a new venue. I’ll see what I can do from there, hopefully get back that spark when I get just do something gdlk from a bad situation again.

It is easy to do and it Looks good as a Finisher.
The only Trial here is that it is hard to to The Jumping Fierce after the Tenshokyaku, But if you had managed to do it, The Three Head Stomps would be a Easy.
