With screw-ins the buttons will be nice and tight, but with the snap-ins the button will most likely turn round and wobble back and forward if you apply enough force. I still wouldn’t recomend doing it just to try it, the more you do it the looser they tend to get. Don’t worry about it though, it’s nothing major.
I prefer screw ins. Better support, easiar to remove if needed and sometimes they hold the lexan to the panel so tightly that you do not need to screw the lexan into the panel.
Those are Sanwa’s older model of joystick called the JLW and price is in British pounds rather than Euros (at today’s exchange rate 12 GBP = $21.25 USD), so it’s not all that strange really.
