FYI, no tournament. overall consensus seems to be people want casuals because the game just came out, which is fine.
**Not entirely. I’ve seen lame Sagat players do that and think they’re good thanks to that but it’s not the best keepaway I’ve seen against him. Rufus’s c. Frce is more threatening.
With someone doing s. RH all day, it’s EX Hand of God, and if they block it’s a free 360/720 all day. No Sagat would be stupid enough to stand there and do that all the time, unless they thought they’d be playing Karate Kid from NES.**
