I also added the list of Games that will be added each Month to the series. They will be considered Featured Games for that Month’s Tournament.
The only ones that will be in all the events are right now Brawl Singles, Revolution 2 Singles, Street Fighter 4 Singles, and HD Remix Singles. I’ll see what other events I will make Standard Tournaments at all of these and what other Tournaments to add or take out.
The list atm has a lot of players from Brawl and Naruto entering SF 4, so I expect SF 4 to be one of the 2 biggest tournaments in February.
Brawl Singles for the January tournament had 61 Entrants, lets see if SF 4 can rival that or top if in February!

Tournament Scheduled is fully Updated!
Check the Main Post to see any changes in time of games you might be entering.
This will potentially get a bigger turn out than last month’s with people coming from other states and even more out of state players.
With Street Fighter 4 been there, I will assume it will be a much bigger turn out. We had a total of 115 Entrants in total to the venue last month, so that is insane. We will also be using another portion of the venue for this event to accommodate space and potential attendance for this event.

I don’t remember if I posted here or not, but I will now as a reminder.
Every Person that won a Tournament in the previous Event to the new one, in this case the January 24th Tournament, they will receive a full waive of their Venue Fee.
What this mean, in case some people don’t know, If you won any of the January 24th tournaments, you will not have to pay any Venue Fee in this tournament. This will also be true for the March one, were any of the winner’s of this month’s tournament will have their Venue Fee waived.
Finally on a new note, I added to the Main Post a list of games that will be added as Feature Tournaments for that Month’s Event.
January had Super Smash Brothers Melee Singles
February, this month, has Soul Calibur 4
March, I decided to show a little love to the 2D community by Featuring Guilty Gear XX Accent Core
April, will be the release of a new game, and I till feature that one as well. In April, Sugoi! Arcana Heart 2 will be the Feature Tournament.
May, I do not have a tournament picked out for that month, so if you guys want to throw in a suggestion go ahead, I am pretty much open to any game people might want to play that month.
June, is the month before the Championship Event, and I will be Featuring Fate/Unlimited Codes.
July is the Championship Event and Finale of the Monthly tournaments I am doing. This event will be a 2-3 Day Event and will have every single game that the monthly tournaments have had and featured. The Championship Event will not be at Screenz, it will be held in a Hotel to accommodate the potential turn out for that event.
I hope to hear some feedback from you guys on what I can do to help you guys have a better time at these events and I would like to hear some feedback on your guys recommendation for the Feature Tournament in May.

Bring the competition, Street Fighter 4 will be here with a start time of 4PM! I expect this game to be probably the biggest tournament this month! Pay-outs for Street Fighter 4 will be 60%-30%-10% of the Pot, 4th place gets a free Beverage of their choosing and 1st place will also receive a Trophy for their accomplishment!

I have a full layout of the venue and where I am going to set up everything so nothing interferes with another tournament going on. Everything should be running fine especially with the tournament schedule times.
Ok I updated the Main Post, a new game will be move to the Championship Section.
A new game is going to start earning Championships Points from now one because of been Sponsored.
Everyone will start earning Points towards the Championship Event and the winner will also receive a trophy at this months event for Street Fighter 4.
I will announce the Sponsor as soon as I get the trophies for this months event.
So now we have 3 games earning Championships Points and all been Sponsored by different Companies/Corporations!
Should be a lot of fun!

OK I just updated the Main Post with information on which people get a Full Venue Fee Waive (meaning they pay $0 for Venue Fee).
Also, I will be updating the PreReg List later today after I check all the forums and places that people are Preregistering from.
There is going to be a Projector at the Venue, that will potentially be used for Grand Finals of some games. I will be testing the Projector in the next week with players to find out which games lag on it and which games don’t so I can see which games I will feature on the Projector to run Winner’s, Loser’s, and Grand Finals on.
Also, to make things easier for me and everyone else running the tournaments and to help you guys out. I will be seeding Brackets by Region.
So If you guys can help me out by stating what State and or Crew you are on so I can have that information ready and when I make the brackets I can have people from the same City, State, and from the same Crew not play each other in the early rounds of the Brackets.

Well the Championship Points already have a Point system I established where everyone that enters said tournament will earn points.
The Sponsors basically are just giving prizes, whether it be in Merchandise, Gift Cards, and Cash.
I already started doing that with Brawl and Naruto Revolution 2 since the January Tournament, because of the sponsors that they have. Brawl is been Sponsored by Game Stop, and Naruto is been Sponsored by TOMY Corporation.
Since Street Fighter 4 is now been Sponsored, that tournament will be in all the events and every month people will get a chance to play for the Tournament Pot in a 60%-30%-10% Pay Out if the attendance is under 50 People, and 55% - 30% - 10% - 5% if the turn out is over 50 People. The winner of said Sponsored tournament will get a Trophy as well and picture will be taken to be given to the Sponsor and the Points will be adding up after every monthly tournament until the Championship Event in July where the top Over All Point Leaders will receive Bonus Payouts from the Sponsors.These pay outs will range from Merchandise, Gift Cards, Cash and even all 3.
If you want to see the point system I am using I will gladly post it in here, or I can PM it to you.

Also I added next to everyone, from where they are from. I looked at Profiles or if they had it next to their name visible. If I did not know where you were from I either added “?” or if I knew what state you were in I added instead.
I am doing this, so when I make the brackets, I can separate you guys be Region and people from the same area won’t have to face each other early in the tournaments.
If you don’t have a City or State next to your name, post it up and I will add it to the PreRegistration List in the Main Post.
If you are going to PreRegister for other games, also post up so I can correct that in the Main Post.
