Honestly, I haven’t seen anything from the Tekken scene since the HIP arcade closed down… but I’m sure they’re still out there… somewhere.
i play tekken but shit i only know mario so far that plays that shit an thats once in a while
damnit i wanna play i even have next friday night off but i don’t know if someone brings a ps3 there with dr on it or what
i don’t have my own ps3 because the only time i play tekken is with other people

Dude just get gatherings going with friends and post in the Chi thread about Nickels/Chi crew peeps gatherings. Oh and not to be mean but overall Gigas comp is only decent there.

I agree with you on that one. I’ve been bored as fuck & I’ve been having trouble finding people to train with for evo.
Said it before I’ll say it again…post/read in the Chi thread than when there’s gatherings at Nickels or someones place go there…getting tired of repeating myself,everyone will tell you guys the same shit. It’s obvious Gigas isn’t gunna come back for awhile so best look out for other places. If you guys are that desperate send me a PM or hit me up on Aim than we can set something up.

However at least for me, Gigawatts was the only place outside of 2 friends (one in chicago and one in palatine) that I could goto to play SFEX3.

Dude…if yout that desperate for EX 1-3 comp/gaming,why not just take it to the gatherings and such with a setup. Than try and get an Ex scene going(Though I doubt it’ll happen) just throw it out there and try and see peeps will at least give it a try.
…but other than that learn a real game bro.:wonder:

With an attitude like that whats the point of bringing it to the gatherings? Especially with my non-consistent work schedule. Most of these SRK peeps have these gatherings on weekends which I work and can not get off consistently. I’m off tomorrow, what gatherings is taking place tomorrow of all days? None.
An establishment like Gigawatts gives me a place to go when the rest of you SRKers are busy with real life and can’t hold a gathering.
