Chicago: More Popular Than Porn ... The Legend Continues

is there anything like…plainish there… im like the pickiest eater ever but i <3 noodles

Floe:: Wonton noodle soup, with Roast pork, is probably as vanilla as you can get. If you’re feeling frisky, try roast duck.

You should come Aki, I need anti-gief practice.

It sounds like we’ve got a a few of systems locked btw
3 360’s (my 2 and Cracka J’s)
xombie’s ps3 (for a while until his hand gets too painful )
babylunatic’s ps2 (i’m SO down for GGAC if you have it in your modded ps2, my old disc for swapping out isn’t good at all)

gotta get my other 360 from st. charles today, hopefully the dongle for my ps3 fightpad came (and will subsequently fix the “auto turbo” bullshit).

Kuma’s Corner?

I love that place, best burgers I’ve ever had. The Goblin Cock is amazing. Plus Woodford Reserve ON TAP!

plainish… let me think… if noodle soup then I’d suggest YTF noodle soup. Basically yellow noodle and rice noodle with stuffed (minced pork) vegetables, like red pepper, eggplant, tofu, fish ball etc. If dry noodle, I’d suggest braised noodles (wonton noodle) with chicken or BBQ pork or duck.

Err… I have a bunch of old games from like 2003-2005 but that’s about it. I dont’ even know which version of GG that is, but I probably don’t have it. Sorry. I’ll bring my binder along though…

Haha, me thinks I should bring my IIDX controller as well on Friday.

Sure, let’s play I I D X while everyone else is playing SF4. I’m cool with that. :stuck_out_tongue: I’ll bring mine.

Edit: OMG, I want to see Eric play IIDX with his “stupid hands”!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA

Does anyone know if the color pack is out for BB on the Ps3 yet? I dont have the internet and dont wanna waste the gas to download nothing.

i still want the Eugene’s dog.
no need to cook, just skin that shit and put some soy sauce and i’m good.

i was looking for some noodle soup, something close to RAMEN.
wanton soup i had was ok, just not a great noodle they use.
i have pretty good pho place by my work. pho ha i think.
pho place next to screenz is just bleh.

i guess i will go to phreak’s tomorrow, unless there is somthing better with some boobs.
tho, qbert is coming to smartbar tomorrow too, kinda wanna check that out.

thank you so mucho!!! when I come to pick up the psp just like show me where to put the psp/ps1/mame files on the stick and I should be good.

I just saved a bunch of money on my psp repair by going to Oscar geico music start

and this is by far the gayest thing I’ve ever seen in my life… http://www.blucigs.com/products.php

i love ramen but i get it plain…with just noodles lol…my 2 fav ramens that ive had here are at this place thats like 1 min from mitsuwa and…mitsuwa lol

Kitakata? They were kind of weak the times I’ve been there…

I should hit up Sushi Station one of these days when heading towards GW

If you are like me and Eugene, skip Sushi Station, and go to Sushi Para at Palatine instead. $18++ all-you-can-eat for all the Rainbow roll, Spider roll…

ya kitakata…their ramen isnt amazinggggg but teriyaki rice is like the best thing ive ever had in my life…rice+teriyaki sauce + tempure crunchies…mmmmmmmmm

How is it that you know all of the places that I like? I haven’t been to Sushi Para in quite a bit now, but that is pretty much my one-stop Sushi place in the suburb area.

I don’t think I’ve ever overeaten more than when I went there last.

Come one come all to my place tonight. My details are about halfway down the page on this thread:

http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=203880

lol, I haven’t been there in years. Maybe you had something better than I did.

The best Japanese restaurant in Chicagoland suburbs is Sakura, IMO. One of the few places where everybody cooking is Japanese.

Mitsuwa is fucking awesome, I wish I lived closer to that place.

I’m the same way dude. Get the Udon noodle combination plate or one of the single meat Udon plates. Soooooo good. I will give you a money back guarantee on that shit.

Best Sushi in this area is Sushi-Ai in Palatine by far. Quinten and Euclid.

Some of the people from the highly highly rated Blue Coral downtown opened it up, and it’s essentially the same place, just a little nicer.

It BLOWS sushi para away (and I know para well, I used to get it all the time at work).

Anyone who mentions Sushi Station in any way other than during a comedy bit I can’t take very seriously.
