sooo…district 9 was cool and all…
severely felt like it was 1/3 of the total story though…so much unexplained shit and they set it up and left the doors wide open for multiple sequels.
not that I mind that cause I dig a good story, but yeah, don’t expect it to be the complete package in this one, cause there’s definitely at least one more, if not two more, parts to this story.

Hey guys. SF4 and BB got me craving comp again so I thought I’d take a second to re-introduce myself.
Name’s Jeremiah. Live way too far south of y’all to be a regular at any gatherings so only a handful of the old school might remember me. Pretty much stopped playing a while back due to a number of reasons, had to deal with work, kids, life, etc… But things are looking up, I’ve got a staff that I don’t need to babysit as much, and new games bring back that urge to compete, so I’m hoping to get up that way a bit more.
It was GG that got me interrested in the scene, but after a couple of years of not improving I gave that up in favor of 3S. Lately I’ve been playing a lot of HDR, SF4, and now BB, all PS3, though I can’t play online due to geographic limitations. I’ll be keeping a closer eye on the Chicago threads, hopefully find an event or two to get to.
I’ll be playing it. I was pretty big into MB back in the day, but I never really got great at it due to lack of comp in my area. I’ll play pretty much any fighting game I can get my hands on, long as there’s comp for it. (I’m better at GG/BB/MB style games than SF/KoF though.)

So… on dustloop there was like nobody from this area, and they all told me to come here.
So here I am.
Currently living in Brookfield which would be close enough to Chicago to actually do something fun… But… I’m moving 2 and a half hours out for college next week.
Nonetheless, if there’s ever anything of extremely epic proportions going on closer to the city I’d be willing to come out for it.
Had a session with Shady K earlier today, got minced pretty badly. But I learned things from it and was able to spot critical mistakes within my general gameplay that will help me grow more as a player.
