I totally did not expect to get the Deloreans, especially from the online Nike store. Uber-lucky on these. I signed on to the Nike site just the midnight of its release. I was pretty sure they’d disappear instantly but tried anyways. I think the Cool Greys came out on the same day, so that definitely didn’t help site traffic. A couple of minutes and several timed out webpages later, I got to the checkout button. Pressed “checkout”, screen froze for a minute or so…“Could not find this website” Pretty sure my order didn’t go through. Listing disappeared from the site. Reappeared a few minutes later, saying it was sold out! Then I got the shipping notification. I was so sure they were going to send a cancellation notice at any time until they finally arrived on my doorstep.
Really glad I got these. I think I’m done with the LeBron 8 until the Dunkman colorway PS model, or if there is another quickstrike colorway that is yet to be announced.
PaRt2: Dunk + Trainer (McEnroe colorway) + Free Sole sounds like such a odd combination, but the end result is so nice. I’ve never seen any in person either.

Also, those Uptempos are not supposed to be released until the 24th. HoH in Chicago sold them to me by accident a week ago, then pulled them from the shelves. I actually got it for just $80 because one of the guys let me use his Employee Appreciation 50% off discount.
