Cesario Hi’s aren’t terribly comfortable after 6+ hours of wear, but other than that, they’re straight.
I was thinking about getting those Cesario hi’s, but I already got a couple of purple/gold shoes and didn’t feel like dropping $160 on a pair when I’ve been buying a lot recently in general anyway.
it sure does, its just a simple sponge like pad thing. i originally bought it to clean some spots in the apt. never tried that jason mark cleaning kit, typical soap and water did most of the work and the magic eraser took out the hard scuffs/stains. it somehow didnt work on neon stabs midsole. funny how i had 5 extra pairs of neon stabs and sold them, now my pair is almost trashed :shake: yea i rock most of my kicks but i do have a few i’m scared to take out
I’d definitely consider purchasing the Jason Markk stuff, if you have a bunch of kicks that you need to get cleaned. Well, I guess it’s just me since I’ve fucked up a bunch of my suede shoes from a bunch of non-working methods. Oils, erasers, cleaners, all that stuff either faded or darkened the suede for a majority of my kicks. I guess this was the main reason why I sold my Sea Crystals; I was just too damn scared to wear them.
But yeah, a buddy of mine bought the Jason Markk stuff and it worked pretty well on his Hawaii’s and Tweeds. Gets the dark spots right off of the nubuck on the toebox of Hawaii’s and cleaned the Tweeds up pretty good without fading the dark brown. I’d definitely recommend it for those who have shoes with delicate materials (suede, nubuck, canvas, etc.)
Okay now i know that these are not kicks, but i need help getting my girl a pair of those UGG boots (i guess UGG stands for ugly) for Christmas. These boots are pretty expensive when you are broke like me, so do you guys know of any coupons that Dillards or Macy’s might have on these boots (i would prefer to buy them in person)? i don’t have much time, but i would like to soften the blow on my wallet if and when i decide to get her these boots, so i know you guys know of something that can help me out, and sorry if this is the wrong place to post but i am also posting this in the clothes thread. Thanks for any help you can give me. Also my girl is very deserving of these boots (she even tries to face me in Marvel and Tekken) and i would really like to get them for her for christmas.
Before seeking for coupons, you should use online price search bots like PriceGrabber.com and see where the best deals are first. I would look for coupons after that.
And yea, definitely the wrong thread, but whatever.
I think that comes naturally. Personally, I’m not scared to wear shoes… but cautious if anything. I like to have the wherewithall to clean/take care of them. Read my next response.
Funny story actually… after my last post (mentioning the Jason Markk kit), I went to the website and they were having a Thanksgiving weekend sale. Free Premium Brush on orders over $50 and Free shipping on orders over $75. I actually went above and beyond and spent $80 on 2 kits, 1 premium brush (since the other was free) and 2 of those premium microfiber towels. So basically, 2 of everything! One set is for me and the other is for a good friend of mine who has A LOT of heat (Tiff’s, Sharks, Send Helps, etc.) so it’s gonna be his christmas present. Kinda pricey, I know but from what I’ve read/heard, it’s quality stuff. So once I give it a shot, I’ll let you guys know.
Yikes! Wrong thread but you’re in luck because I have 2 sisters. My sister has 2 pairs and she destroyed them in over a month’s time (she’s 16). She wants another pair for christmas but I doubt that’s gonna happen (from me atleast). The thing about UGG’s is that they NEVER go down in price because the demand is so high, they really don’t have to. The only advice I can give you is make sure you buy from an UGG retailer. Try to stay away from eBay or any other sites that may sell nonauthentic merchandise. There’s a lot of fakes out there and I’d hate to see you get your GF some FUGG’s especially after mentioning how good she’s been to you. GL man! :tup:

Roughly $40 per kit but hey, it’s not for everyone. I just know my friend would appreciate it. It’s funny you mention it because his sharks are also DS and will probably stay that way. A lot of his collection is DS and I think that he doesn’t wear them enough because of fear of scuffing/beating them up. This should put him at ease a little bit. Actually, it should be coming in today.
