so i see/hear/read that niggas are confused about my sneakers, their authenticity and what not. niggas not even in this hemisphere that haven’t had a new pair of sneakers since the millennium began want to have a say so about debs’ collection.

Alright. Im in SUCH a shoe slump. Its just so much of the mundane and ordinary out there now that its quite overwhelming.
I was recently in a big city thinking I would DEFINITELY find some sick shit down there, and I was thoroughly disappointed. Everything is so colorful, but its still quite boring.
Shoes still havent went to that NEXT level like clothing has these past few years. You see a few odd colors, maybe a fly material but thats about it. I want to see some never before seen shit in 08. I want to see designers playing with fabrics and patterns, instead of a color pallet. Metals. Play with the sole of the shoe. Different types of shoe strings. Shit SOMETHING. This is ridiculous. I was gonna buy 5-6 pairs of shoes with my next check but everything is so bland. I’m really loving solid colors shoes right now, real boring. . all black, black/white, grey, red … etc
Those seem to stand out now more than the shoes looking like a they were thrown in the washer with a 64 pack of crayons.
yeah, i’m bored with sneakers too but i think in my case its because i limited myself to dunks. thats my fault…so i’m gonna move on to a few jordans and air maxes…probably a few forces too.
there are still a few dunks i want so its kinda hard to move on. the 720’s, skate or die’s and whatever that dunk hi with the cement print is gonna be called are obligatory cops for me. and probably that picnic table looking dunk too. and maybe the dr. feelgood’s. lol its just too hard to stop.
