Check Out My New Arcade Stick! (No Image Quoting)

The funny thing is, I used to be really into modifying cars a long time ago. Infact two of my cars were featured in magazines. Thats where I learnt to spray from. But only recently I have honed my skills on fine/detail work. I just enjoy doing everything myself, dont like relying on other people. My moto…“if you want something done do it your self”.

The flame job on this Ken stick was the first time I have ever done it. Thats why im proud of the way it turned out. I also ruined a brand new pair of nike air’s when the paint cup for the airbrush fell off and fell right on them. I thought the hell with it the paint job must go on! Black nikes with yellow/ red paint splatter didnt look too good.

Ironically i dont even play Ken in SFIV. Can’t a man like Ken without flowcharting being mentioned? :crybaby:

Heres another custom for a UK SRK member.

Hey Ecks- All customs are built from scratch and painted by myself using my trusty paint gun and airbrush system.

This one is quite clearly based on Ken. I wanted to base the theme on Kens colours which I believe to be red/brown/black/yellow. I also wanted to incorporate some flames as that is found in his heavy shoryukens. I was abit hesitant about going with the brown colour base but I think in the end it works really well.

The artwork is some what similar to the Chunli stick I built not too long ago as that was the clients request. Chunli’s art work was calm, but this Ken one hopefully this portrays Kens peronsality as being abit wild. Looking at it now, it sort of symbolises Ken’s Ultra.

All Seimitsu parts (which im really starting to like the feel of now, dashes come out soo much better) fully wired for ps3 & 360.

I was supposed to take the shots outside but weather was crap and also had to go work today and by the time I got home it was dawn. So as promised I took the photos inside and uploaded them (your not getting the full effect with this one as it really needs sunlight to set it off).

I have included a couple of outdoor shots, these were taken while the build was underway and waiting for parts and also to get the clients approval.

If you look at the close ups the case at the front or back looks plain red but in fact when viewed from a perpendicular angle it has a crystal type finish. Again, you will only notice it when the light hits it and you are looking from right infront of it.

I will take some proper photos when the weather picks up abit.
(Really dissappointed in the photos I have taken)

But does it have a Giant Fierce Shoryuken button?

Dont let it get to you. I think people get upset about it because they end up losing to a total noob Ken player who just mashes out shoryukens all day long and wins for some strange reason. It may be down to the fact that you think… ok they wont do it again and before you know it SHORYUKEN.lol.

Don’t go giving Capcom ideas for Super Street Fighter IV man! Its already bad enough with the PPP and KKK buttons being bound for Zangief and Blanka ect. All we would need is a 1 button SRK to top it all off.

Would be funny though lol.

Imagine if Broken English and B15 teamed up to make sticks. Imagine a combo acrylic etched box like broken’s with the crazy detailing and the painting skills of B15. A combination of their creativity… well, my mind just desintegrates just thinking about it.

holy mother of sex that is some outstanding work.
the style and choice of image on back is just really nice
always kinda iconic Ken is about his woman and shes dressin him up all sweet to fight but we all know where that bow ends up :karate:
