You found one of the 7 wonders of arcade sticks right there for less than a tenth of the price people are willing to pay for it.
They usually go for $300 $400 in that condition, and not less than $200 in poor/broken conditon.
The chance you got that for $20 has the same probablity as making time travel possible.
