Never really used them before and I was wondering if there’s a way to create a “training” mode in ST using cheat options in mame.

hmmmm go to mame options and turn on cheats, but i think you need to go download the cheat file from its site and put that in the main directory of the mame that u are using then load a game and press the BUTTON set to activate the cheat menu or press TAB > CHEATS > and turn on cheats that u want to use 
But trust me the cheats fot the super street fighter games dont work properly trust me i tried having infinite supers and life for both characters and it messes up the hitboxes and things dont combo right:confused:
