Looking at the changes it seems they want Jin to be a more defensive character. Counter super is always fun.

“The guard crush guage changed to a Guard Primer Guage, that you don?t compete with the opponent anymore and you only lose the guage by blocking a certain attack. The barrier burst that you can get out of combos can now be stocked up and carried over to the next round if you don?t use it.”

Taokaka changes I’m not sure on. qcf+b now hitting horizontally means she can’t carry people to the ground and that’s a chunk of damage she’s going to miss from her combos. Unless she can put it into the combos and it doesn’t prorate.
