There aren’t any re-dizzies in SF4. Stun scales with the combo and your stun meter is increased after being dizzied the first time.
There are plenty with high dizzy damage though, and they’re really just considered basic combos. Like… take uh… C. Viper for example. Her big stun combo doesn’t have an FADC. Abel’s does, but that’s only to initiate the mix-ups that could lead to the dizzy.
Zangief’s neutral jump headbutt has a 600stun or something like that on it. He says he taught Holyfield how to do it O_O
