Hey what’s up guys? Just wanted to stop through and post up the info for the 2012 EVO Midwest Championships (MWC). That’s right, we are an EVO qualifier this year, and are looking to make this the biggest MWC yet!

This year’s MWC will be held in Nashville, TN. Specifically at the South’s premier arcade, Game Galaxy, which is owned and operated by OG tournament player and veteran game collector Jason “DreamTR” Wilson!

All of the info on location, fees, and scheduling, is contained in the tournament thread, so I won’t make this post overcrowded by including it all here:

Yo so I don’t know if you guys knew this already, but apparently if you charge up a special move to ex (get that little flash of lightning) and then dash cancel it, your next attack will automatically be a counter hit. :eek: Could lead to some interesting combos knowing you have a guaranteed counter hit. This also means you get a guaranteed crumple if you have move that does it, assuming it hits.

    – [this means u have tons of colors to mess with and change skin colors, hair, clothes ect ect]

  2. A new costume has been unlocked Costumes can be chosen in
    character Color in the Customize menu.
    – [this gives u alt costumes and swap costumes for all characters]
    ----[DLC Costumes are unlocked as well. and no there is no alts or swaps for pacman and megaman

  3. The Combo Editor detailed settings feature has been added to Quick Combo in the Customize menu

I’m from the Atlanta gaming scene and I’m out here on Charleston AFB. I’ll be here till October. I was wondering what gatherings everyone goes to. Let me know whenever you all get a chance. I just got out here. Feelin’ a little homesick being away from Atlanta but I’ll manage. I hope to see what’s up soon.

Depends on the night of the week. I’m able to host on Weds all the time now since that’s my day off and sometimes Thursday and Saturdays. Then in the Downtown area Icege host in that area. I might be able to host tomorrow night but I won’t find out till later on tonight depending if my wife has other plans.

Edit: Gaming tomorrow I’ll start hosting around 8:30pm. I got 2 tvs and 1 monitor so if ppl want to bring there some setups they can.
