After watching WNF, I say we should all do Push Up matches.
Alright I need some of you guys help for this. I’m going to try to start a FGL in Charleston similar to how IFL is doing. I want to a league with a regular season with a playoffs at the end to determine who won that season. This will be perfect since most of us are going to go to FR this year and it will be good for us to feel like being competitive since its kinda dying in some of the games. The rules are going to pretty much be like NFL style. If there are 12 people for AE they will all play each other at least 1 time in a 4 week period. Thats mean on Saturday night at realms you will be playing 3 matches against 3 different opponents to see what your record will be like.
Each win will mean something cause it will seed you in the play offs. The top 6 seasoned records will go advance into the playoffs. The 2 best records will get 1 bye game and be seed 1 and 2. Seeds 3 through 6 will have to play each other on round 1 similar to how the NFL does it. Seed 1 will play the winner between seed 3 and 6 match. Seed 2 will play the winner between seed 4 and 5 match then etc into the semi to the Finals. If there is any ties in between players the tie is broken up by who beat who in regular season. So if Player A and Player B are tied for 6 place cause there records are the same. Player A beat Player B on week 3 of the season. Player A gets the 6 spot cause he beat Player B early in the season.
All I need is to find out who is going to play what games. The games will be AE, Tag 2, umvc3, and sfxt. All I need is at least 6 people per game. Cause u can do a play offs with 6 people. Also if a player can’t play a opponent on one day just Reschedule the match for another day as long as we can determine who wins the season. I will work the rules on each game as well like the sets and such. Also if there are 6 people I might just have people play each other 2 times in a season but I’m not for sure until I know how man people will play per game. Plz let me know so I can make the schedule and get this started around the end of the month.
EDIT: Also I’m going to do this for free to see how people like it. Maybe the next time everyone can pitch in 5 bucks so the winner gets the money at the end of the season. Sign up like u would do a tournament. I’ll be the first to sign up.

It sounds like a cool idea if properly implemented, the downside could be that we’re honestly really casual about Saturdays, sure, we all want to get better, but the amount of Bo Berry Biscuts eaten show that we’re just a bunch of niggas hanging out.
I support this, but said crippling depression will probably stop me from going out to these for the moment.
