I’m moving next weekend Saturday February 19 @ 10 am, to a house in Goose Creek. If anyone wants to lend a hand I would appreciate it. I’m gonna grill out when the deed is done so who ever helps will be paid in food and drink. We can also get a gaming session going as well.

Anyone following what’s going on with MvC3? Apparently Justin Wong is hating on the game a bit right now, everyone is saying that Sent is broke and chip dmg is kinda ridiculous.
Anyone got any opinions on this? I haven’t had a chance to play it yet, but I think the complaining that I hear about the game is the same as every time any new fighting game has come out that I can remember.
I remember when SF4 came out a lot of people complained that it was too easy and that Sagat/Balrog were the only characters worth playing. I can see the reason for people complaining about this game being kinda “ez-mode”, but that’s only because MvC2 had such a steep learning curve. If I had to choose, i’d rather it be too easy to get into than too hard.
To me, it’s the same thing as the SF4 games, they’re not my favorite fighters by far… but the fact that they have a TON of people playing them and are the focal point of the community right now is more than enough reason to play. Could be the same for MvC3.
MVC2 was not even THAT hard to get into seriously, it was hard to be worth a shit at the game at a high level. People are just too lazy to sit down and try to understand how the game works. I honestly don’t have as much fun playing SF4 like I do when I play MVC2, not by a long shot.
Yeah, I enjoy SF4. But it’s probably on the bottom of my “favorite fighters” list.
I enjoy it the most right now only because of what it’s done for fighting games and the amount of play/focus it gets.
