Amilcar: really nice Manga style art. Reminds me a bit of the “Ryu Final” art for some reason. The colors look pretty cool too. Is it handcolored?
Scum Gale: Your Line work and anatomy is a bit loose (Like I can talk) maybe try a bit more constrution work before in the planning stages of your picture. The sizes of the the body parts are pretty good it’s just the placing of the musles and the facial features in some areas are a bit iffy. The expressions and poses are very dynamic and Evil Ryu looks real badass. Keep it up!
Vicious Slash: Yeah, I’m one of the guys that really needs to get my ass into gear, been uber buzy with my Valin. Though started a Sodom, Sakura, Honda piece yesterday. It’s coming. Nice work. I really like the red line work and the comedy really suits your cool zany style. Funny stuff! Never seen Ryu be such a wanker!

Damn photon, your drawings have gotten better. The anatomy is less deformed now and they looking more proportional. GJ man.
The past few days have been absolute maddness, but I’ll start whipping some out in a day or two. We may have to push ourselves to get threw the holiday season.

Thanks man. Truth be told, I don’t look at references as often as I should, and I still can’t decide what I would really like to do. In other words, should I “stick to chibi” or go “sort-of more realistic?” It’s all very confusing to me, and it’ll take time before I make up my mind, as I love experimenting with both.
Ive never really studied muscles so I just improvise on where I think they would be. plus all the drawings Ive submitted didnt take me more than 10 minutes to do. thanks for the comment on evil ryu.
Everyone can draw so well…everything I draw turns out like crap…and I might have read it somewhere in these 29 pages, but anyone have any tips for a beginner-ish type lol…
By the way, Amilcar…your Ryu is so fricking awesome! You must color it, but either way it’s so awesome!
