Ken Vs. Ken, Akuma, Chun, or Sean (Ken points with his fist and says something that translates like “this will be interesting”; both Kens will do this in a Ken mirror match)
Alex Vs. Hugo (they stand chest-to-chest as Poison says his standard quote then Hugo bumps Alex away…this is a reference to Andre Vs. Hogan at Wrestlemania 3)
Ibuki vs. Ibuki (one of the Ibukis spars with her training partner…this was her old intro in the first 2 SF3 games)
Ibuki vs. Makoto (dive kick each other)
Ibuki vs. Q (Ibuki’s pet raccoon, Don, runs away from Q)
Dudley vs. Dudley (one of the Dudley’s drives his old car from the first 2 SF3 games, the other drives the Jaguar he won back from Gill in his SF3 ending)
Dudley vs. Makoto (Dudley drives in from the opposite side, nearing ramming Makoto as she stand unfazed)
Elena vs. Elena (they press hands together, laugh, and backflip into their stances)
Necro vs. Twelve (the other prototypes of Urien’s project appear around the stage, Necro does a Denji Blast to scare them all away except for Twelve)
Yun/Yang vs. Makoto (they bow to each other)

Yun on his own stage (jumps down from his skateboard)
Oro on his own stage (wakes up and comes down from his sling…if he wins on his stage he can do a special winpose where he jumps back into his sling)
Sean vs. Dudley, Necro, Elena, Hugo, Q, Twelve, maybe others (occasionally, when Sean does his basketball shoot intro the basketball can hit characters who move around a lot in their stance and dizzy them for a split second–which ends before the fight actually begins. This is VERY RARE, but has no effect on gameplay)
Makoto vs. Makoto (bow to the screen, and then to each other)
Remy, Urien, and Gill do not have any special intros as far as I know…

Actually, Sean only does that intro on his own stage. You can control the basketball by pushing forward or backward. If the basketball hits his opponent Sean gains a slight bit of meter.
I only noticed recently that Yang has a white cat next to him which runs off at round start. This always the case?
^ Not as far as I can tell. I think the cat only shows up when Yang’s on a 3+ game win streak.
yeah you have to get 3 streaks or more then on the 4th win it shows up on his win, then after that he randomly shows up on his intro but always comes out on the win, arcade mode only
nice one, it was cool to see them all back to back like that. props for capping everything. Do any of the characters have interesting or character specific timeout poses?
the only one i know of the urien one at the end where he holds himself so hard he bleeds

timeouts with q and urien (either one winning) result in gay sex
this is 100% serious fyi, they both appear crotch to butt in their timeout win/losses, its just a coincidence though

Found a new one! Oro vs Oro. One Oro walks in holding his balls or something. It only happens when it’s not Oro’s level though… so, it doesn’t happen in arcades.

if oro wins a round in which he uses th ex yagyou dama, it come out the ground and he floats in it.
also, i think the same goes for rouns you use ex tengu, a little stone turtle comes out.
any others i might of missed if i get enough i can do another quick like 30 second vid or just make a new one with them all edited together
I’m pretty sure that turtle is just one of his endings. I’ve gotten it without killing somebody with the Tengu combo.

it doesn’t have to be kill, for ex yagyou… all you have to do is use it… so the turtle ending might be the same way… i dont use oro enough to know tho.
