im not sure if its character specific, or if its tied to a groove, but i also remember seeing short hops, thing that didnt surprised me since they say to be fans of snk games and cvs2 iirc
the game was at some point considered to be released on pc with netplay , but that was before they considering releasing the game on arcades
Well, with ASW in the mix, hopefully they eventually give it the same treatment that AH3 received for its home port. At least, assuming people in Japanese arcades actually play this game…
i would mind if they go by the dlc way like they did with battle fantasia, that way it would be easy to get, since i doubt that we would see a usa release if it comes to consoles (i dont want that this game ends like Daemon Bride)

On short,this loc test is testing the new hardware for chaos code,but it have gone shit,hardware on the loc test place is too old compare to company hardware,which have them spend a whole morning fixing the hardware.Worse of all,speed drop there and coin problem here.

If they got new hardware they just need to improve the source code. I remember the first French Bread/Ecole comments about porting Melty Blood to NAOMI… it was a total disaster the first time (they said that the game runs 50% slower and freezes a lot) but them they finally do a good job, i think Team FK can do the same.
Yeah I’m rooting for FK. This game looks so good. I hope it does well. Then gets ported to consoles.

If I ever get to play this, I’m maining Catherine. Since the 1st loketest, I thought his moves looked really varied and useful. In the Catherine vs Cerberus Black vid, he got that damn mirror super everytime. I thought it was a counter but maybe it’s some kinda grab.
Also, Catherine being hilariously awesome is a bonus. lol
Hermes looks fun to play as too.
This game has a few weird issues (the sound, the normals don’t look that well planned out, small instances of glitchy animation that are pretty ignorable) but after watching all of those videos, looks like the closest thing to a good fighting game made in like 3 years.

Nice bit of attention to detail
There’s actual animation glitches (there’s one with Hikaru’s winpose). It’s not a big deal though, rarely happened in the videos and bothered me very little.

Speaking of French Bread, it looks like we have yet another contender that lives up to FB’s twitter comments about 2011 being a “2D Fighter Sengoku Jidai (Warring States Period)”. I wonder how many more new faces we can stand to see before all is said and done. Chaos Code is one, the Umineko game is another and I can definitely see French Bread’s new game some where in that mix, as well.
