Changing the Happ parts to Sanwa on a MAS

The smartest thing to do is to sell the MAS stick and use that money towards a custom Jap stick.

A Competition stick is a switch stick with a circular base. So while it isn’t exactly a P360, it does offer a smooth circular rotation. The Ultimate stick has the four corners.

No, Competition stick is circular. And yeah, if you want Sanwa parts you might as well sell it and get a a HRAP or a custom. If your MAS is still in good condition you can get a decent amount for it on Ebay.

Nearly everything about it is square, the actuator and the restrictor… But the travel of the stick is such that it’ll never reach the square restriction parts if it’s installed correctly, so it feels circular.

To tell the truth I am now thinking custom due to having to wire multiple PCBs to the MAS as well.

After some thinking and looking at my MAS. I can remove the Entire Face with the buttons and Joystick attached and replace it with a new board. I can still use the MAS PCB and use a JLF Joystick. Be easier than building a new box and I woulnt have to solder a PCB for PS1/Saturn.
