Is there a time schedule of when HQ is open or is at the discrection of the key holders and gauging general interest for games that night by the community? I’m in Calgary from June 09-13 and just wondering when is it ideal to show up.
100% up to the discretion of the key holders. my suspicions are that fri/sat are your best bets.
Hey Killey, check the first post. I’ve updated the schedule up to the 7th. We’re just sorting out the next week or so and when we all confirm what dates we’re running I’ll update the schedule.

How many setups are at HQ and what’s the ratio of 360’s to PS3’s? How many sticks are available because I’m wondering if I need to bring my own stick with me.
Theres no ps3’s at all man, I bought 360s b/c we will be using it all at the Canada Cup 2011.
We have just 6 setups for now. Everyone needs to bring their own sticks, i got mine there which is a octogate and 1 Chun li.
I was wondering who’s chun that was last night. Derryk, your mvc2 stick is still there, Phil your hoodie is on one of the office chairs since you’ll probably be at HQ before or at the same time you see me next.

Last night was slow, but with AE dropping I suspect that the rest of the week is going to be nuts. All the HQ systems are just about patched.

Hmm…15 minute ride from my hotel. Any chance you guys are opening this Thursday night? I should be in town around 9pm but by the time I check into my hotel and leave for HQ it might be 10-10:30pm.
Also wondering if you guys are opening tonight. Calender is blank.
