Cerebella Thread: Other Grapplers Wish They Could Be This Good

WELL… that was enlightening. The video should be up today. The blockage is more extensive than I thought.

Dere. Blocking.

Looks like a timing issue for you. The characters are blocking the fist/tip of it, which is shown in the first case when you had to reset multiple times to get the timing right so Bella could block it. Delay the Excellebella a bit and try it again; you want the character to get caught between Vice Versa’s fist and Bella’s arm while rising, not the arm to fully extend before the character even leaves the ground.

I want the grab to grab in the only instance it isn’t blockable. I know how to make it hit, but there shouldn’t be a “you need to hit them after they jump, but not before this point, yet if you’re too late then they block it”. Also, on bella, for some reason it didn’t want to block if I was walking into her. When she blocks it, I don’t walk forward if you notice. But, yeah, are you really saying that this is not a glitch? Did you feel that back pre-patch, you should just avoid doing Pummel Horse on Crouching Valentine?

I’d like to see a vid of your thing, cause I can’t go from diagonal to diagonal very well on d-pad.

I’ll see what I can do about the Pummel Horse mash out, may be a while since I have to travel to access a ps3 and I have no available recording equipment, not even a phone. Maybe you can try mashing on the analog stick?

I can try. Won’t get to it for a few hours, stuff is coming up.

Cerebella can combo into Fortune’s raw tag using f+HP if the head is far away in front of you by cancelling f+HP into tag, then immediately pressing HP qcb+HP and dashing up to continue the combo. This uses the otg, but you can avoid using it if the head is nearby by ending Cerebella’s combo with a MP stagger cancelled to tag into qcb+HP.

I don’t know if this is already old news, but Cerebella can OTG with her level 3 as a combo ender. When she sticks her hands in the ground, it knocks the opponent up like an OTG and allows the diamond to hit them

Seeing as how this is the only thread alive in this forum, I thought I’d share a video I made about ambiguous crossup j.mp on the majority of the cast.

I might make a less flashy video soon about different ways to follow it up/double reset if they block correctly or combo if they don’t.
