@pherai - yeah, hard to make a consistent storyline out of the random storyline of Street Fighter. Only way to really do it is if they focused on a small circle of characters. How are you going to incorporate Blanka, Dhalsim, Zangief, and E Honda’s actual storylines together?
This can also be said of Mario Brothers. Italian plumbers fighting against turtles, deadly plants, and other animals who are ruled by a giant dinosaur? Not to mention using flowers, mushrooms, and other random items for power ups. Yeah, that’s a strong background to make a live action movie.
