I already worked and have my wii U money saved up. I’ll be enjoying the game while all of you sit here and whine about… the existence of the game?
I have zero interest in buying a WiiU and these announcement won’t change that. I like Bayonetta but its not a system seller for me. Hope the game does well. Guess I’ll watch a playthrough on youtube. 
Its more like a death sentence if the super casual crowd has forgotten about Nintendo already. Most IPs aren’t dead until something flops really hard. I know a bunch of people who are notsointo gaming that got the Wii, and I’m pretty sure none of them are gonna pay twice the amount they paid for the Wii when they see the new controller with the lack of a new and exciting family game. Wouldn’t be worried normally but financial times aren’t the best so that means flops can put the nail in the coffin these days.
Lets keep it real, the bitching is because the game is on a system that quite frankly nobody gives a shit about. I don’t care about the Wii install base and countless people that have DS and 3DS and such. The WiiU is a gimmicky system that honestly is behind on the times. It seems the things that it can do, the PS3/Vita can do the same damn thing as well. If I as a consumer have ZERO interest in getting a WiiU, why should I shell out $300 just for one game?
There was already a death sentence because nobody else wanted to fund Bayonetta 2. Nintendo recognized a brilliant game and stepped on the field after breaking their leg with the Wii to put the team on their back doe.
Ya’ll should be crying to Sega/Sony/Microsoft for sitting on the sidelines with toe injuries.

A) WiiU more than probable wouldn’t offer a good variety of games that would cater to what i want, this has been the case since the Nintendo 64 era, very few of the games on nintendo from the 64 to this day have appealed to me, like i already said, i have a 64, a GC and a Wii that are expensive paperweight, with not more than 3 or 4 game on each one at best.
B) More than probable, outside few exclussive games between consoles, the major part of the games that fit my taste would by multi platform
C) Who says that i will buy those consoles immediately? And even if that happens, i am more sure that the games that i like would be present on those consoles because B
D) The PS4 and the NextBox would be more powerful hardware, the WiiU is not a next gen, is like someone already said an attempt of nintendo to catch up with the current gen, when the new consoles get released the WiiU would be again, obsolete.
$300+ on launch for something that would warrant your investment with more games that you like in the future is not a problem compared to a console that probably wouldn’t have many games that you want to play.
On Wii i only had TvC, GGAC and Madworld
On my ps3 i have over 80 games between my psn games and retail games, on 360 i have around 20 maybe some more, and all of them have brought me a lot of hours of fun, something that my 3 N consoles have not.
The online infrastructure of both consoles is good compared to the joke that it was the Wii
TD:LR I don’t want a Nintendo console, simple as that, i don’t hate Nintendo, i simply don’t want a new nintendo console, because from my experience with their 3 last consoles, it was a waste of money.

So what I’ve learned today is:
-Ps3 has no games
-WiiU has no fans
I’ll cop when I get the funds and maybe after a revision of the system. I don’t think I’m into getting launch systems anymore, after what happened to my OG Wii and 360.
I like the game well enough to get a system for it (plus other stuff). I’ll save up for the PS4 / 720 and get whichever has the action games.
I’m not worried about the game itself. Platinum doesn’t really have a scrub team and the guy directing has an amazing fucking resume, plus he worked on the og version. It’s in good hands.
…lol. Exciting is up to whomever perceives it to be so, but lacking in family games is something it’s not. lol.
Okay I’m a fan of WiiU just as I am a fan of PC, and PS3 and 360… So you can say that I’m a fan.
