Marketing the hell out of the scene? Thats exactly what it doesnt need, the fact that you want people to take you serious and your throwing a tourney on a monday at 5 pm and expecting out of town support is absurd.

Also read in the cleveland thread “me and some guys are try to start a scene here” no sorry to tell you buddy there was a scene far before you and “some guys” came along.
I don’t think blasty is speaking on behalf of the canton players at perkins.
I would love to get involved in this discussion, but I have to call off work and leave in a few minutes so I can make it up there for the tourney.
Just to clear the air: I posted here because I didn’t bother to check past the first page for the Cleveland thread. Canton is close enough that I figured you knew about it. Regardless, my arcade is getting AE tomorrow so I won’t be coming.

There’s a kid that lives near Nashville that got invited to the tournament by one of the guys running it. I assumed that because he was actually invited to it that it was a major. Nobody would travel nine hours to go to a regular tournament.

@PLAYING TO W1N, FYI Mr Blasty is not a Canton player, and despite the fact that we lost a substantial amount of players recently, there are still several dedicated people showing up every week “down at Perkins”.
