he actually did, but Air has a notable weakness in that he gets mindfucked by stupid shit. like when he lost a match to some scrub gouken at a tournament awhile back, dropped two games to JWong’s Dan, and lost three games to Rik’s scrubtastic Fei.

there is no debate here, really, though. no one could argue that you on a level with Mago with a straight face. He has written the book on Fei, whereas you just spam special moves, bad jump ins, and lame excuses. When Air plays vs Mago he is familiar with the concepts involved (ie. legit high level play involving footsies, spacing and mixups). When he plays vs. you, he is not familiar with your special brand of retardation (ie. instant jump towards roundhouse kicks, non stop chicken wings, DP FADC DP FADC DP!) and is understandably flabbergasted by it.
It’s nice to see other scenes have the same drama that BC does. Haha.
I heard Evo did pretty well in HDR with his Fei. Don’t know about a money match with Air but I mean it could happen, right?.. Anyone could beat anyone. Nothing is ever set in stone. I would definitely like to see some of these money matches at Evo though. Please, someone record them! Always awesome to see amazing Canadian players rockin it.

Yeah i got 3rd in hdr, narrowly lost to daigo. Got nervous and dropped a lot of shit against him, but he was impressed so it felt like i won anyways lol.
Ill be looking forward to fighting ken again, we had a few games at marvel madness and i always have a great time fighting him.
