Try Cammy and Ibuki. Used to work wonders when I had the game.
If I just wasn’t this terrible with Ibuki. Mybe I will try her out.
And for Camm/Gief:
Yeah, it was pretty much a dream team for me. I’ve been in love with Cammy ever since @3, and mained her in every SF she was released in after that game. Except for Third Strike, in which I then started to love Ibuki’s playstyle. So getting to use them at the same time is awesome. 
However if you’re trying to get better with Ibuki, it’s a lot easier if you played her in 3S. She’s a lot easier to use in AE and SFxT and the skills from 3S easily transfer over.
So hey, after a lot of experimenting, I went back to Cammy x Juri as my main team. It just works out best for me. BUUUUUT I like Cammy x Marduk and Cammy x Julia as well - especially the latter. Cammy x Julia in particular really surprised me, they seem to compliment each other well. Cammy on point can set up Julia with meter and positioning, while Julia does pretty gosh-darn good damage, and having two bars stocked makes both of them pretty difficult to approach at all times.
I decided to pick up Cammy/Julia as well but I have no idea what is optimal with that team. I would love if you can direct me in the right direction with this team
