lol, GGs. sorry for being a punching bag most of the time. dunno how i feel about CQC for the cammy mirror, but it seemed like you were holding off on wakeup pressure a loooooot cuz of it. even though i failed to cqc you when you actually did dive kick for chip. >_>
Yeah, CQC does have an psychological effect on me… and as you said, once you have full ultra, I don’t use quick c.strike on your wake up anymore… I switch to my SBF meaty or hooligan throw shenanigans.
The times I got you with c.strikes were those ambiguous high air c.strikes where it may hit in front or cross you up (LK in front, MK cross up), they are hard to mash CQC on reaction unless you have already buffered the motion and relying on auto correction.
IMHO, CQC is not a good option in Cammy mirrors… A few times you would have won if you had Ultra 1.

GG’s Mr. Rokubear. That was my first attempt at playing cammy mirrors and those are super awkward. I like you Guile and how you know when cammy wants to jump. It took me way longer than usual to adjust. Sorry about the Fei shenanigans but he is too fun to play. I know it can be infuruating to play against cMP+random chicken wing. Dudley gets raped by Cammy which is hella funny to me.

DBC…, there’s something wrong with your connection I believe, if we connected it’s fine, but you kept dropping out… something is not right… maybe router issue. Try rebooting router…
GunGirl, First time playing you, you have a scary Cammy… Interesting tactics and you had some clutch EX strikes.
Chopie, sorry I’ve invited into a monster Cammy room… I hope you learn something in the Rose vs Cammy match up… All these monster Cammy’s in my room, I felt sorta bad you had to play 1 Cammy after another with your Rose… Keep on truckin with Rose… :china:
Need MOAR Cammy rooms… I love these intense battles… way better than Guile vs Guile or Dhalsim vs Dhalsim in terms of mirror matches…
one of my online ranking match nightmares is running into a good cammy… :looney:
its either:
- both sides being overly defensive. FEAR THE CANNON SPIKE AND STRIKE SHENANIGANS.
Or
- randomness all over the stage.
on the other hand… cammy is a good practice for combos… most of the cool combos work on her really well…
