I seem to catch a lot of rush punches with st.hp confirming into SA against a lot of Rogs. Played sloppy…celebrating july 4th weekend but beat him 2-1

I havent had issues with Rog, you can easily jap or hp him out of dash punches or wiff punish them. His only wake up reversal can be thrown. My only main issue so far is AA his jump in HP with normals they trade or get beat . I guess I should just DP them.

BEcause Balrogs do something other than throwing rushpunches out.
I defeated a Ultra Gold Balrog,by mashing st.lk at max range and he keep running into them with rushpunches.

You know they will rushpunch,they will always rushpunch. So fix the range and do what Cammy can do best.

Exactly. I try to stand outside of his rushpunch ranges and whiff punish with st hp buffered into drill. This m/u isn’t too hard. But man when I play as Ibuki vs rog, it’s pretty tough.

I think ibuki is pretty easy to deal with. She does some massive damage in v-trigger though. As long as you don’t get hit by frame traps and pay attention to what side they gonna end up on in there mix ups. I’m sure I just haven’t played any great ibuki a so I’m sure once people figure her out she will be a lot harder to deal with.

She is scary in the corner since she has mix ups with throw that leads to super since v trigger juggles post throw. Of course it requires two full bars, but yeah, scary.

So I played a bit with the Dolls around.

Some things I noticed:
f+hk is airbone for all Dolls. Why is it not airbone for Cammy? it also crushs lows
st.hk hits crouchers and it’s cancleable for the most
st.lk is cancleable
Sweep is cancleable
Juli and März have a overhead
Decapre has a airthrow!
Eneros st.mk has Karins animation,Karins framedata and Cammys range,this is broken and it’s cancleable.

There are some things I would like to see for Cammy in the future.

Why do cammy players use cr jab after a v trigger canon strike opposed to st mp st hp? If the canon strike is blocked, i can see why you’d go for a tick throw off of cr jab, but I see players doing it even when the canon strike is on hit. You can also do ticks off of st mp anyway. the damage difference is night and day as well.

Man wtf is up with the connections recently 4-5 bars are jittery as shit. I’m do cr mp cr mp xx combos and the second cr mp is literally going through my opponent after hitting them on the first one. I get this crazy hit sound a bunch of times then some skipped frames and then I’m being grabbed. It’s as if my second cr mp isn’t even being registered just their late tech even though I see the cr mp on my side. I’m even noticing a lot of completely unread button presses when there’s roll back. It’s like the game just resets your character to neutral and drops everything if there’s any significant lag. Sorry just need to rant. Losing too many games to this shit. Cammy doesn’t have the luxury of dropping a hit confirm, taking damage, and losing the momentum.

Here and there the VT Dive connects in a fuzzy way that doesn’t let you +6 on hit. So you use jab to make it sure that you can combo.

you go for st. LP > or cr. LP because it works as a frame trap. if the LP hits, you can confirm into a combo from there.

If people are doing LP on HIT then they just aren’t good at confirming.

I recently saw some top player doing this. My money is on Kaz but it could have been Xiaohai as well.
