My opinion on it is changing to better. I guess just trying to get into a game was frustrating.

BOPS seems to work like this:

If you’re the kind of guy that gets more kills than deaths, you’re going to get a LOT of kills and very few deaths.

If you’re the kind of guy that gets deaths more than kills, you’re going to get a LOT of deaths and very few kills.

There is no in between.

Once you start a train rolling, you’re just taking advantage of perks and the bad spawns.

i don’t know if this is a glitch but, even with ninja pro i can hear my own footsteps while crouch walking but now when walking or running regularly. In fact you shouldn’t be able to hear the footsteps at all when crouched. I’m just not sure if it’s something only heard on the player’s end or if the other team can hear it too.

the way sound is right now is really confusing me period. I’m so used to crouching and slowing down when stalking someone - yet there is NO benefit as they don’t hear me anyways. I know fix is coming so I’m not ‘adjusting’ for it right now, but its kinda ‘weird’ for me. I haven’t even unlocked ninja.

I need to unlock the pro versions of crap…I don’t have a single one :sad: most require me to play modes I don’t like or do things I can’t yet without ‘hurting the team’. I’m close on several…but not quite there…I don’t have 5 kill streaks of 5 :rofl: well with scav I think it is. It sucks sucking :sad:

Their attempt at nerfing QSing has pissed me off to high hell, several times I’ve had someone run up on me, and its too quick an encounter to swap, so I start zooming to get a shot out - and even WITH the crosshairs lining up perfectly with at least a body shot, the bullet goes completley out to left field :bluu: this is just dumb. If they are going to make sniping ridiculous like this, at least add ‘physics’ to it…if someone gets shot by a sniper bullet - they should FLY back if they survive…none of this ‘continue to buckshots off at the sniper’. But I guess what dude said was right, don’t shoot where they are…shoot where they were…

all i have to say when i run with srk… i perform an think better then any other time… AND i actually have a damn good time win or lose (rarely wit srk cause our salty runbacks usually mean murder for the opposing team)…

I’ve been somewhat waiting on patches before trying the game again. Looks like I’ll be on tonight.

Do you guys think it’s possible (in programming) for them to add a patch that lets you select which killstreak you want out of a stack of streaks you’ve earned? Like, if you earned a care package and then a napalm strike, you could hit down on the dpad to select the care package (napalm will still be on the right Dpad button), toss it out somewhere you KNOW it’ll get some enemy “vultures,” and then drop the napalm on it after a few seconds. I think that little change would be great for the game and I don’t understand why a cycling ability hasn’t made it into the game by now.
The dpad hasn’t been used anything other than killstreaks or equipment all this time. I mean, unless I’m wrong, they could just map your first streak to the right D-Pad button, your second to the down, and your third to the left. If you’ve stacked more than 1 of each, have a little number pop up by it or something.

^ That would be a great idea. I can’t tell you how many times that topic is discussed when I’m in a party. I’ve always felt like COD should have let you pick which killstreaks you want to use if you acquire them all before dying. At least in MW2 you could use all three consecutively. I remember in w@w if you got dogs, without using the artillery strike then used the dogs, the artillery strike wouldn’t be available.

Then I hated in MW2 how if you had say 3,5,6 (UAV/Pred/Airstrike) you’d have to use the airstrike before using a UAV which kinda makes no sense.

But realistically to see a patch? I doubt it.

I just wish they’d ask you what KS you wanted during loading, I hate when I forge to change streaks.

And those Radioshack cars are serious business. I’m SO glad KS don’t stack…everyone would run like hardline RC/Napalm/gunship

Yeah. They need “killstreak presets.” They wouldn’t have their own create a class category. You’d select 3 killstreaks, save it as a preset, and then it’s something you can switch to anytime in the pre-lobby screen by holding whatever shoulder button on the controller that doesn’t get used right now to bring up a menu.

Seriously; there’s probably a ton of unrealized features like that which would make the overall user-friendliness of the game that much better. But I only care because I’m a nerd in that aspect. Do you know how in MW2, the create-a-class screen was transparent so you could still see everything happening in the lobby while changing stuff up? Also, they didn’t take you out of the CAC screen when the lobby closed or a game was found? I loved that shit. Much better than that same stuff in COD4, even though it was a minor change. But I hated how they didn’t have a mechanism for copying classes at the CAC screen. Now BO has that and I’m in love with that.

Have they really adjusted foostep sounds for PS3? I played with Ninja pro for about 2 hours yesterday and noticed no difference. Switched back to Marathon/Hacker. I was able to hear defuse/plants just fine (although a bit quieter than MW2, but still noticeable).

Yeah i just use the ingame render that uploads to youtube.

After the update i can hear footsteps pretty well from a distance now. I lowered music in audio options down and kept sfx to the max to help.Havnt got ninja to Pro yet,Is the difference in sounds between pro and no pro significant?
