I got the game for free a couple months ago and played a bit here and there, but now I’m hooked on the MP. I’m not paying 45 dollars to buy all the DLC add-ons. Treyarch and Activision are on some bullshit there.

I haven’t been keeping up with MW3 updates at all, so is there any word on them trying to make the game even slightly more tactical?
I realize that tubing is pretty dumb (even though I’ll probably still do it a bit when I get back to playing again), but what I loved about OMA is that in a MvC2 like “just get in there and beat each other senseless” environment it allowed me a small amount of latitude to try and outsmart people. I liked being able to protect teammates (and camp a spot) with refillable Clamyores and C4s, or lobbing endless flashbangs to get assist kills, and one of my favorite things was being able to turn Cold Blooded on and off. It always sucks when you think you’re gonna get the jump on a bunch of folks only to hear a UAV go up, but it’s pretty sweet when you can just switch to a CB class in 5 seconds. It’s also pretty cool to be able to switch to a Sitrep Pro class and hear enemy footsteps.
I’d appreciate something, anything that would allow me more gameplay depth than point and shoot.
