I know I don’t post on here too often anymore, but give me a shout if you guys need anything over the 30 second limit I think the Theatre Beta has. Can just send it my way on fileshare and I’ll record it with my PVR and send it back over Dropbox or something. I’m sure others have them also but the offers there.
Black Ops certainly has its flaws at the minute. That doesn’t stop me from wanting to play it though. Nice to have something fresh, more balanced. Not perfect, but I have faith in Treyarch.

dammit so many already are breezing through prestige 1… I have yet to hit 50…but what isn’t helping is everytime i play with SRk…I end up in lobbies way more than playing…we really having connection problems?

The matchmaking is balls with parties. Treyarch has posted on thier forums that they’re at least fixing things as we speak. I still need to pass level 50 =/
The matchmaking is awful with parties. Heres a little tip that should help keep partys together until we know Treyarch have fixed the problem and are rolling out the patch. I’m not sure it has been posted, so just in case I will.
Host should obviously get party together. Now when you go to search for a game type, the host will typically see themselves in the lobby alone when it is attempting to join games. The party is still connected together however. **If the host is not put into a game with his party when listed by themselves within 3 seconds the host should back out. **The host will be unable to select “Leave with Party” as it is grayed out but on backing out it will keep the party together and you will be back in your party lobby with all members.
What I’ve found is typically after 3 seconds it will begin to split the party up and you’ll either have to re-invite a few members or everyone will be gone. Doing this should help you manage a bit more in finding games. It doesn’t guarantee a faster entry into games but it does stop a lot of the chore and hassle of finding one. Keep attempting the above method and eventually you will get into a game together.
Apologies if this has been mentioned before. I was made aware of it by a friend but it works fantastically for me.

sorry I haven’t been on lately, fiance’s brother had his first born Saturday…and his girl was in labor for 24, so that was Friday-Saturday GONE, then Sunday was my original Saturday plans (finishing up a custom stick and deliver to customer).

I have it down to a science now. It has nothing to do with the length of time you are waiting by yourself when attempting to join the game. The party breaks up when you cannot find a game on your first try.
Here’s the breakdown. When you click “Find Match,” your whole team will still be in the lobby with you and it will say “Found 50 matches. Getting match quality…” above the list of players. After the servers find potential matches, then you will be in the lobby by yourself and it will say “Trying to join # potential matches…” The # will count down and if it reaches 0 before you get into a match, then the text will revert back to “Found 50 matches. Getting match quality…” At this point, you team will be split up unless you back out of the search.
Well I wasn’t alone, her mom’s remarried - and Jeff was stuck there too. I’m just glad I thought ahead of the game and stopped at home tochange clothes and grab the ipad/headphones/drinks/etc. It wasn’t bad…beat RockBand and played some of the games I hadn’t tried out yet on my ipad shrug
Plus I know her family is going to ‘swarm’ us when we have our kid…and I’m already ‘the different one’, so I’m just trynna get in where I fit in.
