I just wish they did more with diversifying weapons in MP like different weights, damage, etc…all that’s different is recoil, and fire rate…not much else…
also during the campaign, do enemies respawn infinitely everywhere or only during certain parts? Either way that’s disappointing to hear that’s back…
Yeah it’s weird that you can’t do certain things that you’d think would work with Warlord that would normally work in MW2 via Bling. Like I can’t put a Flamethrower and a Red Dot on my M16 =/
The FAL still sucks in this game too. M14 is the better single shot rifle
What pro version of the perks is worth getting? I got marathon pro easy.
Im curious on whats your guys “go-to” set-ups on weapons and perks. I’m not high of a level right now and I’m using the M16. I think thats the default weapon you start out with. It’s a good 3 round burst weapon but I get destroyed when I go head to head with someone. My perks that Im using so far is Hardline, Deep Impact and Marathon.
Any ninja users? Is it now useless? Is the Deep Impact just like FMJ from MW2?
Ninja’s not that bad but most of the sound effects are so damn loud that people can’t hear me coming with my Ghost Shotgun class with Marathon regardless. I just Ninja for sneaking

getting all the pro perks seems harder this time around but in reality it’s actually easier…then again I haven’t felt that some pro prks really give you a bigger advantage. Hardline pro is what I say is worth it though.
My dumbass just lost .2 points on my KDR just trying to get Ninja Pro. From a 1.68 and steadily rising, to a 1.48. Demolition sucks ass.
Haven’t tried it out yet, but in the past I have heard footsteps, but can’t if the level is WMD or the announcer can’t seem to STFU.
I haven’t tried it out yet, but that pissed me off royally. Demolition should seriously have a respawn timer.

Not being able to hear footsteps is also my only problem with the game so far. It definitely needs to be fixed.
Agreed. With Scavenger coming in a close second. Also the SAM Turret is an amazing killstreak until you unlock the Stinger.
Whoa wait, AK47 and Commando have nearly identical stats. Does that mean they’re practically palette swaps of each other?
Beat the story mode last night, it felt like mw2 did a better job. But, played a little online & it’s so much better than mw2 so far. At first I was doing crappy because I tried the camp style that was solid in mw2, but after adapting to the gameplay, slowly bounced back. My friend that used to play mw2 with me, probably won’t get this game after mw2’s bs, so is there any ps3 srk bo groups? If so, please let me know. I have night classes & usually play late at night.
They need to fix that then. Damn near useless without extended. I’ve been having more luck with the FAL than the M14… odd

Ghost Pro is useful. Avoid basically all targetting killstreaks, dogs included.
Hacker Pro can be hilarious. I’m getting that since the rest of the tier 3 pro perks aren’t really that useful.

Treyarch toned some of the requirements down from before.
Got the Strela 3 unlocked and yeah now my anti air class is back! Love having back from CoD4 my M60. it’s the only MG I need.
Treyarch REALLY didn’t make each gun feel different…it’s disappointing
edit - Warlord Pro + Scavenger Pro for grenade spam…3 tact grenades, 2 reg grenades, and (if you bought it) 3 RPGs :looney:
Skorpion is a solid smg. Been using extended mag, hardline, slight of hand and hacker for HC S&D. Play S&D, you won’t have respawn issues.
Main menu is also interactive.
Marathon pro:
Join capture the flag. Go for the first kill. Sneak behind the enemy flag and plant a tac insert, usually best when their flag is gone. Camp somewhere and watch the map, look for the path with least resistance. When available, grab the flag and run. Congrats, you have marathon pro.
I got 15 flag captures before first kill so I went to Search and Destroy and got the last 4 there.
When it’s all said and done, there really isn’t a lot of customization or combos with the perks.
I did this, and have AUG noobtube. lol
Yeah, at first it seemed that camping was harder, but there are some spots where you a perfectly safe camping. It’s really annoying.
