Okay, I hate CoD as the next person (CoD guys, forgive my presence) but your attitude sucks, and with that attitude, don’t bother with FG’s either. You can’t stop yourself for getting killed, NO ONE can. If you get this discouraged from getting killed in a FPS, you’re going to be discouraged no matter the game. Only toss the game if it isn’t fun to you. But giving up just because you’re dying is a poor excuse. Get over it because SF is going to do less favors.
If you get double teamed, there’s nothing you can do unless you have position. That’s why you play with friends. If you’re getting hit from behind, spawns got to you, or you didn’t mind your own positioning. Campers are campers, you should know the spots before entering any hot spot.
If rushing frustrates you, there’s no shame staying back at all. You don’t need to camp to play defensive.
It seems like you rush into spots that get you into situations like that. If you don’t have the patience and play as defensive as you are offensively, then you will continue getting into these situations. My buddy has this A.D.H.D. when it comes to fps and gaming in general, has to run around the entire map and rush rush rush, even if it’s just himself while the rest of the team is on the opposite end. He doesn’t understand why he keeps getting more deaths than kills. I keep telling him, especially back in MW2, to at least try to play some defense, not meaning he should camp, but not to just run into any high traffic areas blindly.
Maybe try camping, at least tell you are experienced enough to know the ins and outs of the maps and general gameplay. But if you keep rushing and not be aware of your surroundings, you will continue to be a prime target to campers, and experienced players.
Sorry about last night, the wife came home with a huge chip on her shoulder and did some magic spell where she displaced th frustration instnatly to me.
I hate how useless hip firing feels in MW2…its SO important in BO, yet seems ‘meh’ in MW2.
GGs on MW2 yesterday, although I must admit, BO has made me really rusty in MW2. I had a few .500 games, then went 2:1 another game. I’ll be on for a little tonight.
Where is this? I’ve been fiending HARD to play MvC3…ninja even had dreams about it…no JOKE. I almost have shivers. I was almost a Marvel dropout :sad: I can feel the addiction trying to return. insert random joke about sucking someone off for a turn at MvC3
I guess I can try to play more defensively. I should try to find areas in the map that have good cover, but I’m not just gonna try to camp there to whole game… Maybe just stay there for about 45 seconds or so and just guard the area as if Im playing Domination or something… Maybe that might help.
