i like how the game is free and you can acquire extra characters by playing the game. i guess this is the same model Capcom is taking for SFV? if so, that’s awesome.
BTW, who do you guys recommend i use? i want a melee character. perhaps someone with a teleport so that i can get away quickly when my life is low.
if you want to play a melee character with blink, there is Zeratul.
He’s probably the most technically high skill ceiling character which you might enjoy. You can look up how Zuna plays him to get an idea of his playstyle.
However, most assassin characters get blink at level 20 on a 1 minute cooldown anyway
any tips? im completely new to this kind of game.
so are minions those weak ass computer controlled enemies? and heroes are the player controlled enemies?
we get 1 score whenever we kill a hero right? does that make us more powerful everytime we kill a hero?
do we get to add a skill everytime our team kills a hero?

I think Machaboo is even stronger than Kazunoko. From the online qualifiers, they also have Mugen (an absolute monster in Xrd) and Nakamura (EVO 4th place Millia)
Machabo is definitely stronger than Kazunoko and among the pros (excluding the qualifiers) he’s the only one who could actually beat Ogawa. Pretty sure Daigo is going to get blown up hard by Ogawa.
played some Rising Thunder last night finally. easy execution makes it really fun to do combos, but wooow everything just seems so cheap. the command crossup seems to make a jump that clearly would go in front in any other game just magically go behind so you land with a huge amount of hitstun, vacuum effect to guarantee a close normal, and it does big damage… yeaaah, dunno about that.
plus it has safe invincible DPs. they better patch those out. and the character voice acting is really annoying across the board.
but that netcode and matchmaking! so fast, so smooth, so good. this is what FGs need.
