Tentative tier list for AE

Notable: yun is best of course, Dan and hakan suck, makoto is much better, Honda is among t hawk, gen, etc. None of the super characters really changed but adon is considered among the b plus characters. Bison, guile and chun are all there too. Blanka ain’t so bad, Vega and him are both perfectly balanced. Yang is good, akuma and sagat are both good again. Sakura went up actually, but other than that nothing extreme. Cammy is surprisingly low.

Oh and fuerte is ass. Sorry Adam.

that’s 2 games yun has been godlike in (3s, ssfivAE) and two he’s been total shit (cvs2, cfj). he had genei-jin in the first two games and didn’t in the second two.

i have no idea how he was in new generation or second impact or the GBA version of zero 3 upper. but nobody cares about those games, so whatever.

I’m pretty happy with Vega tier placing. I can’t see him as having terrible matchups against yun and Yang. Look like yun will be much easier to air to air than rufus and cammy. Just having one reliable defensive maneuver against chars is enough for Vega to do ok… maybe Vega can punish Yang mantis slash too. Makoto.will give Vega a really hard time but I think Vega has good mu against fei, sagat and akuma. Even at least. It will still come down to how well Vega can beat rufus, cause now that cammy can’t fuck with dive kicks so much it’ll be easier to stay alive and anti air. Awesome
