Heh, well, you know that FF13-2 will have tons of cutscenes. That’s what Square does best. Though I’m also hoping the game won’t be so linear. I would love to experience an expansive world like FF12 in an HD setting, without the totally random chest system.

Yeah the renegade options pack more punch in ME2. I kind of like the progression, because of what happened to Shepard at the beginning of the game… it kind of feels like they rebuilt him with a few screws loose, you know? And he’s capable of being good, but he’s also capable of being really bad. On a side note, I really like how his scars start to cover his face when he gets more renegade, that’s a really nice touch imo.

I thought Martin Sheen did an amazing job with his role in the game. He sounded exactly as sleazy as he should, and you can never really trust him almost solely because of the way his voice sounds when you talk to him.

You should try the game on insanity mode… it’s very, very hard. I had a few tough battles near the end of the game, but I was playing with a friend and we didn’t have the patience to scan all the planets for max resources, so maybe I was a little underleveled. As far as I know, the only point of scanning planets is to get resources to buy upgrades. If you have all the upgrades, I don’t think there’s a point anymore. (Though if you’re not done the game, more upgrades may become available as you progress more)
If Final Fantasy 13-2 doesnt have Fang/Vanille lesbian shit going on, then I dont care.
there needs to be an “arbitrary upgrade bank” where you can dump the infinite amounts of iridium and palladium you find into something useful instead of just a waste of your life

no shit, im elated that they pretty much did away with the ridiculous inventory system of me1, but at the same time i’m upset at the lack of variety for everybody
in me1 i constantly searched for whatever armors i could find that made wrex into a giant bumblebee. as well, i miss being able to toggle helmets on/off at will
Oh yeah, you also talked about the loyalty missions in ME2 which are the best parts of the game. I even liked doing the loyalty missions for characters I disliked.

Thundergod Cid, Weigraf (Could change into Velius? Then you’d have another player for Chaos, at least), or Agrias would be awesome additions to this game… one can only pray. Though Laguna is pretty hype; and Lightning, just because she has an Aya Brea alt.
I don’t see the hype for Dissidia… The first game i was all for, then realized how dreadfully boring it gets after the first 2 or 3 character play throughs :\

it’s a pretty good game when you play with a friend or something. 1 on 1’s are hella sick in this game.
but it does have huge flaws. unfortunately, very big, glaring flaws, that make me incredibly angry.
RPGs don’t interest me no more. Story is usually meh now, character design r meh, dragon crawling and character leveling up is teeth grinding and time consuming.
The last game I enjoyed was persona 4, and that game is highly under rated.
