But yeah, Viper’s shaping up to be the same, judging by what the developers have said. Ultra 2 “buff” doesn’t really mean anything lol. So, once again, it’s down to how other characters are getting nerfed that’ll change things for Viper, match-up wise. Unless she got some secret buffs they didn’t wanna mention, but I’m not holding my breath for that. Oh well, I won’t be playing this version for a while anyway, have to wait and see if Capcom will put it on console(can’t use stick :frowning: .) I can’t complain if they’re leaving her the same, at least she didn’t get nerfed.

and yes EVERYONE has godlike normals…except viper lol but its ok, we viper players…we like the challenge, we’ll sit block, tech and eat CH setups all day long and still love it!

haha, we gotta becareful with these vids.
We all thought ex tk was “Faster” and when we want biuffs so bad, we tend to look for things that aren’t there.
Also c.mp speed buff? i dont think thats the case, maybe just hit box buff…

Honestly, it doesn’t look like a whole lot of anything changed. All they needed to do was add yun and yang. Escape Tatsu didn’t matter, Cammy should have kept the tkcs, all the Ultras didn’t need to be touched (hi2u Rose & Abel). I don’t want to see this published for console, fuck it, the JP can keep this one.

Nothing. He is referring to the jack ass who mentioned Daigo thought she was top tier like it was now fact because he said so. Daigo doesn’t know shit about anything if it isn’t Ryu or the system mechanics of the game… well, I’ll give him more credit than that, but he definitely isn’t one to be talking about tier lists or placement.

I’ll go check it out. No guarantees that I’ll get to play much, though.
