I really don’t want to talk tiers, even after the game comes out, but given that in any game that isn’t Virtua Fighter, at least one of the new character is always top…yeah. I’ll laugh if Rocket Raccoon and Virgil are somehow better-looking from their previews.
Ha, that seems a rather apt description. he does kind of seem like he’s the next Dante, which may mean that he has too much of “everything”.
I think what’s funniest about all of this is that he looks like he has more health than Strider even with hard as Nemesis seems to hit. I guess Capcom was really scared of Ouroburos or there’s some downside–learning curve doesn’t really count–that we’re not seeing to him yet.

Is it me or does Strange’s level 3 animation look incomplete? It just ends so suddenly.
Also, Nemesis is going to be mid tier, at best. Besides being slow, he’s fucking huge, and that means everyone is going to instant overhead him to death.
But man, so far it looks like Ultimate will be all about the zoning. Hawkeye, Dr. Strange, Firebrand… I bet RR and Phoenix Wright will be zoners as well. Magneto, Storm and Viper all got new moves specifically about zoning and spacing, and those are just the ones I know.
Nemesis slow? He was moving around quite nicely. He’s not fast, but definitely not slow like Sent or Hulk.
Nemesis doesn’t look too slow to me, but it I think it has to do with the fact that despite his size, he has great range on his normals and several hypers/specials that have super armor. not sure about the durability of the rocket launcher but it’s there if ever Nemmy needs to play a bit of zoning.
on-topic: what’s Strange’s anti-air so far? anyone notice? it might be a standing jab similar to Magneto’s. he can make good use of that considering his height.
I think Strange is gonna be harder to use than he appears. Looks like you’re gonna have to think ahead to setup those directional fireballs.
Though that beam super looks completely nasty with that (seemingly) huge startup invincibility window. Akuma’s beam super is fairly fast isn’t it?
akumas beam is one of the fastest in the game. 8 frame startup iirc.

Nemesis hit Hsien-Ko in one of the gameplay trailers and it looked like she took very little damage. Strange is squishy.
My friend is gonna be PISSSSSSSSSED with his team of Ryu, DeadPool, Akuma.
Dr.Strange looks really good. Sorry Doom but you’re off my main team. Trish/Dr.Strange together confirmed. C.Viper is still in however that depends on Vergil and Rocket Raccoon.
Right Now Im Eyeballing Dr.Strange and Dormammu… Third member TBA but its looking like Ghost Rider. I think people sleeping on what Strange and Dorm have to offer all of dorms specials got sped up and can be done in the air… Man this zoning shit just got real.
Strange is everything i thought he’d be…lots of projectiles, weird magic, flight, teleport. i’m not sold on his beam super being a ‘counter’ super. it simply looks like its the new highest priority projectile super in the game now with instant startup. HSF is an independent super and not much will negate it…until now.:badboy: these new batch of characters are looking buff, but Strange looks SUPER buff…like a human Petshop. Wolverines really missing berserker slash now. Everybody loves Stephen now…that’ll change when they’re getting bopped by him. I can hear it already.
Strange seems like a nice replacement for my crippled Magneto 
It’s just me or that Rekkoha like super does nearly no damage? it seems to be like Maximum wesker that is hardly useful in combos because it scales like hell.
