One thing i wish they would add to the game is a way to get some of the infected off of you, like hitting melee on the smokers tongue 1-3 frames as it hits you or being able to fight off the hunter within a few frames as well (sort of like fighting off the dogs in one of the cod games).

That new infected sounds great.

btw if they implemented your suggestion, then the need for 3 other players cooperating wouldn’t be present imo. The fact that you need your other 3 friends is one of the biggest enjoyable things about the game to me.

For VS though, it could work, though.

That’s true. In fact, scratch the fighting off the hunter thing, because you can melee the hunter out of the air if they try to pounce you from the front. I still think you should be able to melee smoker tongue with like just frame timing tho lol. But yea i was strictly talking vs mode.

i recommend Heaven Can Wait campaign . i heard plenty of over-exaggerated praises about this campaign . is the most hardest map .

Are they even doing a demo? Heard no word of such a thing, at this point they don’t really need one, L4D was the demo. The only reason I believe L4D got a demo in the first place was due to people having so many questions about how the game played, and to see how the MP experience worked. Also, it helped build hype for a then unknown game.

I’d be mildly surprised if L4D2 did get one, but I’m not holding out hope for it. The recent carnival trailer with the grenade launcher, katana, and Spitter infected has me wanting to buy this game that much more though. I long stopped playing L4D due to people only wanting to play the same single map over and over, so if these scenarios are varied enough for all to enjoy it’d be a first day purchase.

They’re doing the exact same thing they did last year. It’s been confirmed multiple times. If you preorder, you get a demo seven days before the game unlocks. If not, you get it three to five days before.

I don’t have the 360 version of the game anymore, I sold it when I got it on PC.

I’ll probably be on steam sometime next week, I don’t know what kind of plan I’ll be using for internet service.
