I’m so torn right now. I’ve only played it for 360 so far, and everyone here seems to be playing it on PC. Plus all the future mods for the game will be free for PC. Ugh…

I tried hitting it with molotovs / assault rifle fire… then I hopped on the minigun and I don’t think I even scratched him.
I wish the game ran at 60fps on the 360 
I’m surprised it doesn’t. It’s no more demanding on my system than TF2.
Invite me to the SRK steam group. I keep getting kiddies and shit, they get killed on normal setting. Sad thing is, the very first game I played the demo on was the best. Got 1/2 through the level on expert, best I’ve done on that setting so far.

Yeah…pretty much if you can run TF2 on your comp, you should be able to run L4D no problem.
However, my first time, there were slowdown when a horde of zombies woulsd arrive…maybe I need to update my vidcard drivers.

Finally beat the demo on expert. Still don’t have a strat for dealing with Tanks, only cleared it because it never spawned.

Kind of interested in how versus mode is going to play out, not going to replace the main mode I don’t think but it sounds interesting enough. And heaven knows I would like to hunt down and kill some of these dudes I end up being dropped with. :bluu:
I don’t think anyone really knows. It’s the scariest thing ever though. I haven’t been attacked by one yet but I’ve seen it attack my friends and it happens all so damned fast.
On that note, I think that they should have stuck with first person view throughout the whole game. How scary would it be to see the Witch or Hunter attacking you in first person. Switching to third person takes you out of the experience.
Oh, I saw the Witch attacking me in first person, since it knocked me down really fucking fast. I even emptied a clip on her while I was in “Last Stand,” and I still got owned.
EDIT: It didn’t look impressive at all. It basically looked like an exceptionally fast regular female zombie, except she was only in her underwear.
I thought this sucked.

You can anticipate the witch by hearing her “cry”.
First and foremost it’s very refreshing to have a very fast paced fps other then ut3 and it’s so much fun and the MP has potential to have a lot of tactical depth especially considering as the zombies you can choose where you all spawn in relation to the human team. I’m not sure I’ll like it better then gow2 I’ll have to wait to see the MP but it sure as hell will be a close second.
