Burned CD problem

So I’m downloading fighting game music last night. I extracted the album into Mp3s, put them into windows Media Player and started to burn. It says it done burning but nothing comes up on the CD. It ends up having no data on it. What’s wrong with it? I’m using:

Memorex CD-R Recordable-40X-700MB-80min…It should work I’ve burned Mp3 into Memorex before.
WinRar extraction
Slowest burning speed-WPL format
Million Knights Vermillon OST

Anybody know how to fix this problem?
