Bullied kid murders bully; courts let him walk

It’s probably written down some where but I’m not going to look it up.

Any coincidence that this happened in the same place the Mafia was born in?

I THINK NOT.

edit In case any of you were wondering, yes, I realize it was Naples Florida. Naples is in Italy, Italy is where the mafia started… etc.

… I fucking hate all of you.

You’re an idiot. If someone fears for their life they’re gonna do what they gotta do. You can’t go fucking with someone for so long and not expect anything to happen. You back someone in a corner, don’t be suprised when they do some shit you don’t expect.

I can’t believe you can say the kid that was being bullied in this case is now the bully. C’mon, son. That kid went out of his way to avoid being fucked with, got pushed too far and fucking stabbed somebody. It doesn’t make killing the other kid okay, but you can’t keep doing shit like that to somebody and not expect some sort of retaliation.

Further, stating that the kid defending himself is now a bully shows how little you’ve actually thought about this. Don’t be an idiot.

Big fucking deal.

You can catch an assault charge for threatening and raising your voice at people.

Now that’s gangsta

Chyea Boi!!!1!1!!

Do you have kids? Do you have kids in the public school system? Are you familiar with how things work in the public school system?

I am familiar. In school everyone is a bully at some point unless they are some super christian-nice-person. At some point they are picking on someone, usually in a group, or getting picked on by another group. The only place I have seen where it is only one person getting picked on constantly and not doing it themselves is either in the movies or when they are like the lone minority in a school full of another race of children.

Bottom line, children can be cruel individuals, and they are not these innocent little victims that the bully experts made this kid out to be. If he was so soft he would have stayed his ass home and wrote about it in his journal instead of getting man points for shanking the rival gang leader.

Also I find it hilarious how these kids are spending so much time harassing this dead kids friends over the internet because they perceived him as being this thing that they disdain when they are in fact doing the same shit(minus the physical abuse) to those kids that only want to grieve for their friend(asshole or not, he was still their friend apparently).

People are always so busy trying to be right and have justification for everything they do instead of learning to better themselves on an individual basis.

I’m glad you’re familiar, but I wasn’t talking to you.

Why you gotta hurt my feelings/cause emotional distress Ronin?

Stabbing the bully once or twice is called self-defense, 12 stabs would have the bullied victim facing charges of murder had if been in another state that was not like Florida.

Maybe I must have missed something in the article or not but what would trigger this kidto stab this bully “12 times”. Other than the fact that it was because his life was in great danger.

I’m confident in that most people know by now that bullying is big deal, so why hasn’t there been anything to slow down the rate at which bullying is occurring? All of these foundations and stuff to stop bullying but I don’t see them doing any good for the problem. Bullying will happen regardless.

Sigh.

Define stab.

I’ll bet you even superflous nicks were counted.

Further… have you ever been in a life or death situation?

The kid’s adrenaline was pumping like mad - especially considering that his first choice of “flight” had been nullified by the bullies, and he was in full survival “fight” mode.

Armchair quarterbacks and streammonsters are idiots.

But people who second guess thousands of years of evolutionary hardwiring for survival instinct are a whole other tier of clueless.

Aroo!

Although present day Naples may be looked down upon more deeply, I think Sicily is the architect of the mafia.

You were probably thinking of pizza or 3in1 ice cream or something.

No, and I went to public schools my whole life. What does that have to do with anything ?

It has to do with your simple suggestion of doing something like getting the kid transfered to another school and things of that nature. Without knowledge of how the school system actually works, how can you suggest doing something like that as if it’s a certainty or even a possibility?

Kids change schools all the time…I don’t believe that something like that it out of the realm of possibility.

And you think these changes happen because? What is your reference for this?

??? I need a reference for this ? You move and you transfer…it’s not that bizarre…

So now it’s that the parents should have moved to get the kid to stop from being bullied? Before it was just “A GOOD PARENT WOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED HIM!” which is why I asked if you even understood how school transfers work, which you obviously do not. So now it isn’t about good parenting, it’s about moving?

What if they couldn’t move? What if, economically they couldn’t do anything? And their only recourse was to ask the school to do something, which schools don’t seem really interested in these days.

So now that we’ve taken your shitty ass idea of how things should work and thrown it out the fucking window, maybe we can actually discuss the subject.

Niggas should have had a pistol duel at 10 paces. Well maybe 5 since we all know noobs can’t use flintlocks like real men.

Like I said if you care about your kids you wouldn’t put them into danger situations. If you know that your kids are being bullied then and that they’re afraid for their life there’s no reason for you to send him back to that school. So yeah it’s about good parenting because I don’t believe a good parent would send their kids into a situation that’s harmful.

That is also an option. I didn’t say transferring was the only and best idea to do. I simply offered it as a suggestion so that you can do what ever it takes to protect your child. I really don’t care if they can afford to move or not that’s not my problem.

What’s the actually discussion you want to bring up? You act as though I’ve said transfer immediately that’s the #1 way to stop bullying or to prevent your child from being bullied. Na I didn’t do that I listed plenty of things that could be done and I’ve also stated that if the bullying is to the extreme where it’s life or death then there’s no reason for the child to still be consistently sent to school. Also relax kid.
