I learned something today.
You forgot that Nuno have knocked him down with that punch, so he even had ground advantage. There is soooo many missing holes about the fight actually. Why the bus driver fail to do anything, why the students didnt try to stop after the knife have been pulled out, was it truly 3 on 1 or did Nuno wanted to show off to his two buddies and go solo (and they are there in case the kid managed to slice or suddenly gained the upper hand), HOW a knocked down person managed to get up, charge forward and just stab?
There are many missing links in the actual events, and it is not detailed enough between the punch and the stabbing. Unless Nuno was super confident that he could disarm him, and failed in the process. So many possibilities due to how limited the info is about the fight.
