So anyone know when SF Ultra is gonna drop? So far all I seen are what changes are going to be made but no release date. Any one have any knowledge about this?

The arcade version will be out in April. A console add-on ($14.99) for SSF4 will be out in June. It will be released as a standalone game ($39.99) for console and pc a few months later.

sometime in the Spring I assume, I know it’s coming out early enough to be used at Evo this year. So earliest March, latest June…but I am too lazy to research this, because I know you too have the power of google search.

this is awesome. i play on xbox and i have a birthday in june.
i can’t find anything about costumes. i’d hate to buy the upgrade and then learn you get more costumes cheaper with the disc… but if the disc is coming out later that sorta makes my decision for me

costumes undoubtedly will be announced close to last. I am assuming you get all the previous DLC costumes with purchase/upgrade of Ultra, and inevitably will have to pay for new new ones after Ultra is released.

haha well i main shotos (inb4 man another shoto player) gief is sort of a pressure valve for me. he is my “strongest” non-shoto but i usually only pick him when i need to renormalize my headspace. he’s just so much FUN and feels easy to win with

i certainly won’t insist on further crowding up the shoulder space haha

post all you want man. When i said before we don’t engage in inane chatter in here anymore, it wasn’t because it’s unwanted, it’s just because most of the chatters went to FB and didn’t look back. SRK is a place for spamming, spam random questions and thoughts till your heart is content my man.

A little bit but I just don’t wanna play AE. I also feel like learning a new character that doesn’t involve 360s. Perhaps Makoto? Instead of greenhand to the junk, she just punches you there directly. No bs kind of character.

Swippy, where do you live now? If you’re still in Buffalo, maybe I can bring you around. If you absolutely want to play on Xbox, you’ll probably want to bring your own system. Most people have converters I think, but I know most of our crew runs on PS3. The only way to guarantee that the game you want to play is there and on the system you want to play on is to bring it yourself. You might never take your system out of your bag, but it’ll be there just in case.

yeah that’s about the way i was thinking of it too. i don’t much care what system i play on, but when Cha corners me and says “it’s time for you to play SF4 now” i better have it on hand just in case haha

i do hope someone will let me borrow a stick for a match. i really need to feel what those are about
