If you have the instruction manual for the game it tells you all of the in-game Kanji. That symbol is for Stillness (Shizu) For a move called Mist. It essentially is meant to mean calmness or serenity. CALM DOWN!!!
In Okami those symbols supposed to disappear one at a time so u can tell when it will end.
Its a good move in the game because sometimes the enemies are too fast and you need to know where to plant a bomb. Also it makes them so slow that they cant do their protection skills.
does anyone know what amaterasu’s supers does where the background goes pink and there’s 4 kanji worlds? Is that her paint-brush mode? Did’nt see anything particular happen after it appeared on screen. Any info?
Reading is wonderful. It slows down the enemy’s recovery. Idk if you speed up or whatsoever as of yet.

If it is the mist, it slows the enemy down, doesn’t speed you up.
We’re speculating from the videos that it increases the recovery as part of the slowdown, both from the fact that nothing gets blocked during the mist moves and also because it makes sense.
The move in America is called Mist
The Kanji (Sei) in English is for Quiet or Calmness
In none of the vids have I seen someone block after the move activates.
It builds meter HORRIBLY for Ammy, damage is normal
So tell me, what else would it be?

Ammy’s Level 3 super is pretty cool, but imho it could have been better.

I’m fine with it. Alot better than other’s. I would’ve made it a tag team with Issun or Susano. But since Solar Flare and Thunder Edge are in, my dreams of them being in alt. colors are halted.

Syke1’s request where she would use lucky mallet to shrink her opponent to ant size then Issun will jump down from her and slash the opponent to death. After the attack is finished the character is the same size again.
I think an original one I had was that she would encase the enemy in a plant while slashing him to shreds until there was nothing left of the plant and then she would finish him off with brown fury while he was down.
